A Step by Step Guide to Healthy Eating in a Real World
Hays, Kansas (January 30, 2012) – Joe Piscatella, National Speaker, will present a free program for the public on Tuesday, February 21 at 7:00 pm at the Center for Health Improvement Gym, 2220 Canterbury, Hays, Kansas.
The program will feature easy to use information and realistic tips for healthy eating, including cutting-edge methods on how to control your fat tooth. The audience will learn to read food labels to make smart choices at the grocery store and the secret to healthy cooking at home.
Piscatella is the author of 12 bestselling books, the host of 3 PBS television programs and a frequent guest on The Today Show, CNN and Good Morning America.
This program is free of charge to the public and is funded in part by the Hays Medical Center Foundation. The presentation is part of the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Center for Health Improvement.
