Mindy Mylrea Conducts Crazy Combo Exercise Bootcamp
National Fitness Instructor Presents
FREE Crazy Combo Bootcamp on Monday, February 13, 2012
Hays, Kansas (February 2, 2012) – Mindy Mylrea, International Director of Fitness for the Weekly Fitness Challenge will present a Free Crazy Combo Bootcamp, on Monday, February 13 at 6:00 pm at the Center for Health Improvement, 2220 Canterbury, Hays, Kansas.
Mylrea is the creator and lead talent behind Gliding, the Gliding discs exercise program. She is a master trainer and on the pro development team for Schwinn Cycling Body Bar, Flirty Girls Fitness and Bosu.
This program is free of charge to the public and is funded in part by the Hays Medical Center Foundation. The presentation is part of the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Center for Health Improvement.
