New Nephrologist Joins HaysMed
New Nephrologist Joins HaysMed
HAYS, Kansas (Aug 22, 2011)— Dr. Bed P. Chhatkuli, Nephrologist has joined the HaysMed Medical staff. Dr. Chhatkuli completed his medical degrees in medicine and surgery at the Manipal College of Medical Sciences, Pokhara, Nepal.
He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at George Washington University/Providence Hospital in Washington, DC. He also completed a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Dr. Chhatkuli is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Chhatkuli joins Dr. Johanna L. McCullagh at the Nephrology Center of Western Kansas. Both physicians specialize in nephrology and dialysis. Nephrologists are physicians who are specially trained in dealing with diseases of the kidneys.
