The goal of the Financial Customer Service Representative consult is to help you understand your billing and to answer any questions you may have regarding your financial situation and ability to pay. The CSR will provide contact information that will allow you to contact him or her in the event you have questions or concerns regarding billing statements, payments, or financial concerns related to your care plan.
