Finish FIRST

Ages 7-10 are critical years in a child's motor skill development. Finish FIRST uses up to date research in a fun and friendly environment to build your young athlete's physical foundation. Sessions are 1 hour long (2 sessions per week) for a 10 week period. Training during these sessions focuses on speed development, proper running mechanics, body weight strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and coordination skills. A small group atmosphere ensures that all kids are supervised with hands on help and encouragement. Finish FIRST is a great way for young, developing athletes to improve coordination, conditioning, and self-esteem through HPSM's signature training methods.
