During my wife's stay here, her care was exceptional all the way from emergency to care in her room to her cath and follow up.  They answered the questions we had and made us feel good about our stay!  Cammi en ER, Tori our RN, Mary Jo our PA and Dr. Vadde, we felt was exceptional!  Thank you so much for all of the help!  I wouldn't hesitate to bring her back here if we have any further problems. Every staff member was cordial, helpful and excellent customer service – every staff member from housekeeping to physicians last question was always, "Is there anything else I can do for you" – without fail – this is truly a magnet hospital!  Special standouts were Stephanie in PT, Leitha, NA, Glenda, unit secretary and all of the RNs.  I do not know the other nursing assistant (NA) names, nor the nurses but without fail they were all excellent.  Dr. Vadde had excellent bedside manner and never seemed to be in a hurry; easy to understand and answered all questions.  When my father buzzed for help – response was immediate – even as he got better and needed less assistance.  He also reported it was the same excellent service when he was alone with no company.  We were across from the nursing station which is usually a "noisy" place to be – not so in CPCU – it was quieter than I expected given the traffic back and forth.  And people's privacy was well protected as we never heard any discussion about patients in the halls.  Our stay in ICU was equally excellent care.  Before I was here, each time I called, I was updated and reassured about the care he was receiving – one nurse in particular I remember was Allie in ICU.  Keep up the good work!  I am a medical professional in a hospital trying to attain magnet status. "We would like to express our deep appreciation to Dr. Jeffrey Curtis, who
performed a heart cath on my Dad.  We had run out of hope, because another
cardiologist we had seen for years had refused to pursue aggressive heart care
for Dad.  Dr. Curtis worked Dad into his consultation schedule and quickly set up
a heart cath, which we really appreciated.  After the procedure, he gave Dad the
hope that his condition could be improved.  Today, we are so thankful, after a
successful bypass and aortic valve replacement – we are so thankful for Dr. Curtis's
