Each program is customized to meet the needs and goals of each individual.

Program 1 – Athletic Edge

Are you looking for a better way to stay in shape over the Summer? Do you dream of competing for the varsity team? Are you an athlete striving for a college scholarship? This program is designed for all athletes to maximize their athletic performance.
Program One will train athletes in plyometrics, speed, agility, acceleration, core stability, explosive movement training, and cardiovascular training. Program One is ideal for those athletes wanting to participate in their respective school or coach's weight training program. Each session will last approximately 60-75 minutes.

Program 2 – Athletic Edge

In addition to all of the performance enhancement training included in Program One, you will also receive an additional strength training component. Each athlete will have an individualized weight training program created and monitored daily by a certified strength and conditioning specialist. The weight program will include both upper and lower body free-weight exercises and will be based on each athlete's needs or goals.
Program Two is ideal for athletes who are inexperienced in weight training or want to supplement their high school strength program. Each session will last approximately 2 hours.

Finish FIRST

Ages 7-10 are critical in a child's motor skills development. Finish FIRST can help build a secure foundation through fun and friendly sessions. Your child will develop and improve in general athletic skills, overall fitness, self esteem, coordination, and quickness. Sessions are held 2 days per week. For more information, please click HERE.
