BE OUR GUEST:

We invite patients who live outside of Hays, receiving outpatient services at Hays Medical Center, to Be Our Guest and stay overnight at a select hotel at the price of only $10.00/night. Patients may use this program the night before, or the day they are dismissed from having an outpatient test, procedure or inpatient stay. (Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this program to patients attending a Doctor’s Office visit only.)

There are a limited number of Be Our Guest rooms available for patients.

To use the Be Our Guest program, patients  purchase a red voucher for $10.00. Vouchers are available for purchase at the North Admissions Office every day of the week from 7am until 11pm and the South Admissions Mon – Fri 6am until 5:30pm. The red voucher is then redeemed at the hotel upon check-in.

To those who have family members who are in the hospital, we can provide a listing of hotels that offer discount rates.
