As per regulations with Worker’s Compensation, we must provide you with the Information for Injured Employees document as listed in the link below. This indicates that you must notify your employer immediately, however you do not have to worry about that as you have completed the Verge/Work Comp Report Form; – the completion of that form is your written notification.
