The Livewell program offered at Hays Med is aimed at improving your overall strength and endurance through exercises such as cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility exercises and balance techniques. Lymphedema Therapy
Lymphedema is swelling that occurs in the arm when the lymph system under the arm has been altered by breast surgery, lymph node dissection and/or radiation. This condition can occur with days, months or even years after breast surgery. A certified lymphedema therapist can best manage this condition.
