HaysMed ELITE Training Program for Youth Begins September 11
Hays, KS (Aug 31, 2017) – HaysMed’s Center for Health Improvement (CHI) is offering an 8 week program designed for youth ages 12 to 16. The ELITE training program will focus on core, speed, agility, teamwork, coordination, balance, power and strength.
The progressive program begins September 11 and runs through November 1. Sessions will be held on Monday’s and Wednesday’s 3:45 to 5:00 pm in the CHI Gymnasium, 2500 Canterbury Drive, Hays, Kansas.
The fee for the entire program is $120 or enroll for 1 month at a time for $60 (months run Sept. 11 – Oct. 4 & Oct. 9 – Nov. 1). Drop in fees are $10 per day.
