What are your fitness goals for 2019?
Taylor:

- Build bigger shoulders!
- Also have a successful “off season” eating a little more and moving more weight that way I am set for an even better competition season in 2020!

What is your weekly workout routine?
Taylor:

- Monday – Legs & Abs
- Tuesday – Chest & Shoulders
- Wednesday – Legs & Abs
- Thursday – Back & Biceps
- Fridays – Shoulders & Triceps
- Saturdy – 0ff
- Sunday – Circuit Training

What keeps you motivated?
Taylor:

- The feeling of accomplishment that comes with being consistent and showing up for yourself.
- I also have an incredible support system that is always pushing me to be my best self.

- Seeing Taylor’s insane amount of dedication to health and fitness helps me stop finding excuses to skip workouts.
Do you have a success story to share?
Taylor:

- 2017/2018 were rough years for me in terms of the choices I was making for myself in regards to not just fitness, but also my overall health. Thankfully after a nudge, mental shift, and a lot of work; I am in the best place I’ve ever been mentally, physically and emotionally! No matter what your health/fitness goals are, don’t ever underestimate how capable you truly are! Be thankful for all that your body is able to do and work towards those goals because you want to better yourself each and every day!

- I broke my fibula last May and have gotten very close to my old maxes within one year afterwards!
