What are your fitness goals for 2015?
BMI down to 22-18 range
What is your weekly workout routine?
Every day is something, but I always do cardio and weights. Everything is timed, where I try and get as many sets and reps in during that time frame.
What keeps you motivated?
Being a father keeps me motivated! I do not want my daughter to grow up with an obese, inactive father.
Do you have a success story to share?
I can do anything I have not been able to since I was playing college basketball.
