What are your fitness goals for 2014?
My fitness goals are to be in better shape than I was last year. I just want to be overall healthier.
What is your weekly workout routine?
I workout 3 to 4 times a week. I workout with Courtney and Julia twice a week, and we kick butt!
What keeps you motivated?
I like to think that I can keep myself motivated, but I know that I couldn’t do it without Courtney’s help.
Do you have a success story to share?
My success story is kind of a funny one, I am proud that I can do a pull-up by myself!

My goal is to lose 20 additional pounds.
What is your weekly workout routine?
I workout 4 time a week. I train 2 times a week with Courtney. Then I work out with Emily one day and on my own for the other.
What keeps you motivated?
Courtney’s support and how much improvement I have seen in myself.
Do you have a success story to share?
I have lost 13 pounds so far and I hope to keep seeing results.
