What are your fitness goals for 2016?
Recovery. I had a pretty bad injury early last year and 2 surgeries in the last 10 months. I am slowly trying to get back to where I was.
What is your weekly workout routine?
I change it about every 3 months. Right now I spend 45 minutes doing cardio and 45 minutes doing fast paced weight training with little rest.
What keeps you motivated?
The mirror and bathroom scale
Do you have a success story to share?
I was 230 pounds when I first started coming to the gym. I have stayed in the 185-195 range since 2007! The best thing that has happened to me here is meeting Chrissy! Chrissy is the best part of my everyday!
