Degenerative Disc
Deterioration of one or more intervertebral discs in the spine.
Herniated Disc
Discs are “jelly” in the center covered by fibers on the outside. When the “Jelly” pushes out through the fibers could result in disc herniation.
Lumbar Spinal Stenosis
Narrowing of the space for spinal nerves.
Spinal Scoliosis
Sideways Curvature of the spine.
Sciatica
Pain caused by compression on the sciatic nerve. Symptoms can include pain, numbness, tingling or weakness.
Spinal Instability
Discs may slip and the vertebral bones may become unstable with movement.
Vertebral Compression Fractures
Compression on the vertebrae causing collapse of the bone in the spine. Typically caused by osteoporosis, can also be a result of trauma or metastatic tumors to the spine.
Pinched Nerves
Pressure applied to the nerve. Pinched nerves could cause pain, numbness, tingling or weakness in extremities.
Neck Pain
Pain from the base of the neck up into the back of the head. Could be accompanied with arm pain, numbness or tingling.
