I just want to thank you for such outstanding care while I was in the hospital. Everyone was so good to me. Everyone made me feel very special. They were friendly, just like I was a long, lost friend. I can’t think of a thing you need to change. Keep up the excellent work. It sure shows. May God bless each and everyone who works for Hays MedEveryone and everything was great. My nurses took great care of me. They all are very nice. Thank you. Also the food was very good!
Every day, every action and/or treatment, no matter who performed it, was done with so much care and respect! There was never a time that my daughter and I were treated anything but wonderful! My husband is my life and you all cared for him so well, you made us feel like family. Thank you! We love you all so much!
I was pleased with the whole process. Prior to the operation I was checked out by a cardiologist and with Dr. Horner. When I checked in for the operation I was pleased with the thoroughness of the process, the surgical operation, and the care given me by the nurses and other personnel. I thank you for the way you took care of me.

I can’t say enough nice things about Hays Medical Center. Our dad has been a patient several times over the years. All the staff has been very friendly and helpful. I feel my dad’s needs were all addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Also impressed on how clean the entire hospital is. Dr. Carter and Dr. Thapa are the best!
I have totally enjoyed my stay with your center, and do not wish to single out any one staff member but want to stress that all the staff on both the day and night shift was totally knowledgeable in their jobs and a complete pleasure to have be my caregivers. As a result of this, I have requested that my primary care business be moved to your Great Bend facility and that my Heart Care be assigned to your Hays Branch

All of the staff here are exceptional, very helpful, and explain everything so we understand. Susan, Marissa, Nancy, and Nicole were great. We love Hays Medical Center.
For a place I really don’t want to be I gotta tell you, everyone knows their job completely. I’m from Indiana, passing through. The professionals at Hays are GREAT! 50% better than my hometown. Please thank everyone. #1 hospital.

The care was perfect. Everyone so friendly, so caring. Hospitals aren’t my favorite place to stay. I was treated like royalty by every department I was in.

When I arrived in my room, I was put at ease and felt that I was in very good hands. Each person from the cleaning staff to the doctors was very kind and understanding. Everything and everybody did an exceptional job. I couldn’t have asked for better care. To single someone out would be unfair because they all did an exceptional job.
My care was excellent from beginning to end. It is wonderful to have a hospital of this caliber close to home. All of the staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease and in good hands. Thank you Dr. Ashworth and all the cardiac care staff.
We didn’t choose this hospital but we are very glad we were sent here. The cardiac team determined what was wrong and took steps to fix it. Staff is amazing. Trisha was his nurse, very comforting and knowledgeable. This has been a good experience and we are very appreciative to the hospital and all of its wonderful staff.
I have no complaints. Your nurses and doctors and every employee of your hospital that I have met are very, very good at their jobs.
Your establishment is super. We have a choice of Salina, Great Bend, or here, all 50 miles one way. We chose Hays. Keep up the great work.
Outstanding employees make this hospital at 10+. All were pleasant and happy which made a big difference in place me in pace and a sense of rest and I could trust in the nurses.

As with each time I’ve been a patient or had a family member in HaysMed, all staff members were quite accommodating, courteous and treated me with dignity. I enjoy seeing professional personnel conduct themselves as such, and HayMed is to be commended in that respect.
I was given exceptional care. In the past I’ve been in several hospitals from Arkansas to California and received good care, but never as good as at HaysMed. There was one RN that was “very” wonderful and helpful in my care, her name was Allison. I wish to thank all the nurses and aides that aided in my care. God bless you all.
What a wonderful experience! The staff in the ER and CPCU were nothing short of magnificent. I was treated with dignity and respect. Every single employee knew their job and did it well. Many thanks for making my stay and my treatment not just bearable, but a very positive experience!

I enjoyed my stay here, it strikes me as a five star hotel and I appreciate the consideration and kindness extended to me.
Over the last several years, I have had opportunities to witness exceptional care being given and recently to receive services myself… From admissions to dismissal; phone calls to janitors; the staff as a whole has made the illness issues of life easier to handle in its overwhelming capacity. I attended FHS and graduated with degrees in physical and art education so I must say how much I truly enjoy the artistic environment. I am glad to finally take the time to tell my appreciation for the fine facility of HaysMed.
Every Associate went above and beyond. Wish I could name them all. You have our heartfelt thanks for everything. We feel very fortunate not to have to go for treatment in Wichita or another larger facility. The whole campus, parking lots, etc. are very secure feeling – much like our small town and that means a great deal. Your arrangements with area motels is also much appreciated. Cafeteria food was very good and well priced; facility is so nice; and staff is great! Many thanks!

Everyone in this facility goes out of their way to accommodate all my needs. Everyone really cares about the patient. This is the absolute best hospital I have ever been in and would recommend it to anyone. The cafeteria has the best food and choices of all of them and are not afraid to feed you. I can’t even snap my jeans after 4 days. Very nice!

My stay was first rate in every way. Obviously, no one wants to be hospitalized but the staff was caring, compassionate and very kind at a time when I was overwhelmed and confused. If I had questions, all staff members did their best to answer me immediately or promised to hunt up an answer. Frankly, I don’t see how you could improve much on perfection.
I was a heart patient at your facility. I had wonderful care from everyone. I would not even look for any other hospital to go to. Keep up the good work and terrific care, HaysMed!
