Insurance & Billing Information

HaysMed Psychiatric Associates participates with most major insurance companies.  Please bring a copy of your insurance card to the appointment.  We will file the claim with your insurance company on your behalf.  If you have a co-payment, it is due at the time of service.  After the insurance has processed your claim, any balance indentified as your responsibility will be billed to you directly.
