Rave Reviews February 2018

By Alan Wamser - In Rave Reviews - March 29, 2018

Women’s Center—OB

*We had 3 very outstanding nurses during our time at HaysMed. Patti, Lolly and Susan.
Also Dr. Sloan and the whole team were very excellent. We had never met Dr. Sloan and
my wife just loved her along with Susan, Patti and Lolly. They made my wife feel very safe!
Angel Fry was also very kind and helpful with all our paperwork.

*Everyone was so nice and helpful!

*Everyone was very thoughtful and helpful!

Orthopedic Center

*I am doing well after having had two surgeries at Hays Orthopedic in under one year. I was
treated very well and would recommend the two different doctors I had to everyone, they are
the best and western KS is so lucky to have such a wonderful staff in orthopedics. Thanks!

ICU

*Staff is great! Very friendly and Kind. Room temp was good. The food was also good!

CPCU

*Everyone was great!

*My care was excellent and everyone treated us very well!

*Everyone who assisted us was friendly and knowledgeable as to what they were assigned.
I would recommend HaysMed to anyone.

PT/OT/Speech

*Thanks to you all for giving my family and me hope for getting around while and after my
knee is healing! Excellent Job!
Everyone was very nice. All of you took great care of me and thank you very much. I tell
people this is where to go!
The Staff were all just wonderful. Especially Shannon- she kept helping to get Ashley into
another facility for care and the nurses were wonderful with Ashley. She still talks about
them! Thank you!

Ambulatory Care Center

*Jodi, she was kind, caring, professional and made me feel comfortable with what was about to happen. Greatest personality, great at her job!

Bone, Joint and Spine Center

*I am leaving very happy, all doctors and nurses treat me with respect and everybody was very nice. Thank you everybody please keep it like that.

* I really liked PT. Joyce, she was so good and we liked OC. Pam. She was so friendly and good.

*We are very happy with the stay and the wonderful care we received from the staff at the Bone, Joint and Spine center. Special thanks to the most wonderful nurse, Amber. Thank you for being so kind, caring and empathetic. You truly are an example and inspiration to nursing! We will never forget your kindness! God bless you, always!

*The care I have received here has been awesome. From the moment I arrived I was kept well informed and felt compassion from all of the staff. Having been on the floor I have enjoyed watching the excellent teamwork and happy staff which made me a happy patient. Being informed about what is happening has made a huge difference. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Don’t have the room to list all of the wonderful staff but they all should have an A+.

Dreiling Schmidt Cancer Institute

*I think the 3 radiation girls (Melissa, Haley and Andrea) are just the most wonderful & sweetest gals around. They are the gentlest, kindest and caring persons. Thumbs up to them. The doctors- Rodriguez and Natarak are also the best. Dr. Rodriguez was really helpful in getting things on the ball. Thank you all. Keep up the good work. Dr. Cunningham, my surgeon, is also a great, caring doctor. Thanks again.

Acute Care Unit

*I cannot say enough, what excellent care, kindness, etc. I received from the moment I walked in and I wish I could remember every person who served my needs so well. Here are a few I want to say thank you to ALL though. ER 1-21-18: Lori, Heather, Brian, Dr. Miller. Room 237: Susan (love and nice blood draw), Dr. Gray, Dr. Patel, Dr. Biring, Gayla, Brooke, Philip, Ashley, Amy, Carolyn, Christine. Excellent food, Pastoral Care (Michael Hall, Loretta). Love the daily devotional on phone. Like I said I wish I could remember the rest of them but even the maids were pleasant. Very positive experience. Thank you for the opportunity to say thank you and give comments. Lord Bless them ALL.
