What inspires Chelsea to stay motivated and live a healthy lifestyle?
“My inspiration comes from my co-workers, friends, family and my desire to be the best version of me. I want to be a good example for others. Growing up eating unhealthy, I understand how hard it is to always make good choices. My goal as a personal trainer is to help others see their potential. I believe having a fit lifestyle not only changes an individual physically but emotionally. I think it is important to set goals and stick to them, but I think it’s important to enjoy life. I keep a positive outlook on life. You can not sweat the little stuff. Life is a journey and you have to enjoy the ride!”
