What are your fitness goals for 2015?
I plan on running a Marathon in April. I’m also currently participating in the 2015 miles in 2015 run/walk challenge.
What is your weekly workout routine?
I usually run on the treadmill 6 days a week and strength train 3 days a week. I also do mobility exercises and Yoga 6 days a week.
What keeps you motivated?
I’m constantly challenging myself and pushing my limits to the edge of my ability. I also get attainable goals that keep me focused on my long term goals of overall health and wellness.
Do you have a success story to share?
Believe it or not, between my sophomore and junior year of college, I went from weighing 185lbs to 265lbs, living an unhealthy lifestyle combined with poor eating habits was leading me towards diabetes and numerous other chronic illnesses. By changing my eating habits and exercising, I was able to lost almost 100lbs and have kept it off for 7 years.
