2 day | Members $50, Non-Members $85
4 day | Members $75, Non-Members $125 (includes t-shirt)

• Meta-Check Assessment and 30 minute consultation with Registered Dietitian | $40
• 6 week temporary gym membership | $90.75 move

Class Format:
• All Fitness levels welcome
• Pre and Post assessments
• Weekly emails with exercise information and recipes
• Variety of formats including Strength, Cardio, Yoga and more
• Intensity modifications for ALL fitness levels

6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
(class meets in the gymnasium)
