A strength & conditioning program designed to prepare athletes for the rigors of the season competition. This program will not only give the athlete an edge in physical performance beyond normal growth and development, but it will help to prevent injuries. It is specific for male or female athletes, in that it includes functional exercises and assessments and when the athlete is ready, progressing to a higher level of training. All athletes are different and it’s important for young athletes to gain proper training and education for their success on and off the field.

glute camp

This conditioning class will target the lower body, placing extra emphasis on the glutes. We will use everything from bands to barbells in order to tone the back side.

An intense bootcamp style workout designed to push our mind and body to another level. There will be sweat…maybe even some tears, but we will have fun as we grow stronger as a group and as individuals.
