Choose a Nutrition Team and be ready for sign-up at orientation.

1)   MINDLESS MUNCHER/EMOTIONAL EATER: This person eats when happy, sad, stressed, bored, or due to any other emotion they can think of or sometimes eats without even realizing it. If this description fits you, consider this nutrition team!

2)   BREAKFAST SKIPPER: Never had it, never will! If you’ve said this in the past or find yourself skipping breakfast on a regular basis, but want to re-route your metabolic path, get on board the breakfast team & become the “skipper” of the new healthy habit ship…eating breakfast daily!

3)   VEGGIES ARE VILLANS: If you believe this to be true & eat little to no vegetables (1c. or less) on a DAILY basis, but know there are multiple benefits (weight loss) to including veggies in your daily meal plan, this team is for you!

4)   ATKINS ADDICT: Do you think high protein/low carb is the way to go? Think again & join this nutrition team to become more energetic by enjoying a well-balanced meal pattern that includes healthy carbs!

5)   POOR PLANNER: This person loves to cook but doesn’t enjoy planning the week’s menu & grocery list. If you find yourself fitting this description, “plan” to be on this nutrition team!
