What:
• Up to four strength challenges that build upon one another. The goal of each Challenge is to increase your weight lifted by 5%.

Challenge 1 – Squat Challenge 3 – Deadlift
Challenge 2 – Military Press Challenge 4 – Bench Press

• An assessment will be completed with Anthony to determine max weights as each new challenge is unlocked
• Once challenge is completed a new challenge is unlocked
• Includes 3 day/week program to incorporate in your workout routine
