2024 Community Health Needs Assessment Town Hall Luncheon hosted by HaysMed
To gauge the overall community health needs of residents, Hays Medical Center, in conjunction with other area providers, invites the public to participate in a Community Health Needs Assessment Town Hall roundtable on Friday, February 23rd for lunch from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. located at The Venue, 2704 Vine, Hays, KS.
This event is being held to identify and prioritize the community health needs. Findings from this community discussion will also serve to fulfill both federal and state mandates.
