Final Free Flu Shot Opportunity – Now Extended to 11:00 AM!
HaysMed is wrapping up its 2025 community flu shot season with one last opportunity to get vaccinated — now extended to 11:00 AM to better accommodate children and families.
Join us on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Entrance B (Miller Pavilion), Parking Lot B. No appointment is needed, and flu shots are available for individuals 6 months and older.
This year marks a new chapter in HaysMed’s flu shot tradition. After 25 years of drive-thru clinics, we’ve transitioned to a more flexible format by integrating flu shots into our monthly blood screening events. This change reflects evolving community needs and increased access to free vaccines at local pharmacies.
What to Expect:
- Free flu shots and optional blood screening lab draws — choose one or both
- Pediatric and adult vaccinations in the same area for convenience
- No appointment required
- Short-sleeved shirts recommended
- Consent forms available at haysmedfoundation.org/flu
- Egg-free and high-dose vaccines will not be available. Individuals with egg allergies should consult their healthcare provider
Community Impact Continues: We encourage attendees to bring a non-perishable food item to support the Community Assistance Center, continuing a tradition that has collected nearly 13.5 tons of food since 2007.
