Infant CPR Classes
The AHA’s Infant CPR Anytime personal learning program offers an easy and effective training tool for new parents, grandparents, babysitters and anyone caring for an infant. It teaches the core skills of infant CPR and choking relief in about 20 minutes by using a personal kit. The kit contains everything needed to learn basic CPR and choking relief anywhere, from the comfort of home to a large community group setting.

SLEEP – HOW’S YOUR’S?
Good sleep is as necessary as the air we breathe and as the food we eat to live and function at our best. How’s your sleep? This is for those who have questions about sleep including quantity, quality and problems associated with poor sleep. You spend one third of your life doing it, do it right! Sessions begin at 5:30 pm with a light snack followed by the roundtable discussion.

Let’s Talk is a free program sponsored by the Hays Orthopedic Institute where you can have all your orthopedic needs answered by one of the Orthopedic Surgeon and Physician Assistant. Sessions begin at 6:00pm Registration with Healthy Snacks followed by Presentation and ending with Q&A.

Look Good, Feel Better
Look Good Feel Better is a free program from the American Cancer Society designed for women dealing with hair loss and skin changes from chemotherapy and radiation. You will learn specific techniques to help make the most of your appearance while undergoing treatment. Sessions are held monthly at the Dreiling/Schmidt Cancer Institute by the American Cancer Society. Call 785.623.5757 for more information.
Look Good Feel Better Information
Meditation & Relaxation for Cancer Patients
The Meditation and Relaxation group is for anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer or who has finished treatment. When you attend the group you will be led through a guided imagery script to promote relaxation and calmness designed to aid in coping with a diagnosis of cancer.

PRENATAL CLASSES:
Childbirth, Breastfeeding, Newborn Care and Sibling Classes are held throughout the year. In person as well as online, self-paced, eClasses are available.

PRENATAL EDUCATION:
Women will receive https://www.readysetbabyonline.com/ education at their prenatal appointments at The Center for Women’s Health throughout their pregnancy. Women interested in applying for WIC during their pregnancy are encouraged to contact their local Health Department.
