Why does Linlin think Massage is beneficial for good health?
I love using my skills to help clients feel their best and restore balance in their bodies. Every session is an opportunity to bring relief, whether it’s easing tension with deep tissue massage, targeting chronic pain with trigger point therapy, or improving mobility with myofascial release. I incorporate a variety of techniques, including hot stones, cupping, gua sha (muscle scraping), and reflexology, to enhance relaxation and healing. I am also experienced in addressing conditions like frozen shoulder, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), and TMJ disorders (TMD), helping clients regain comfort and movement. Additionally, I offer basic lymph drainage to support the body’s natural detoxification process. Supporting prenatal clients through gentle, nurturing massage is especially rewarding, and seeing the relief and renewed energy my clients experience after a session is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

I enjoy working with individuals on how a food first approach can help improve their overall health profile. As supplements become a norm now, I like to educate on the importance of incorporating food first and educating on when supplements should or need to be included. Within this, I also enjoy working with athletes to ensure they are including what they need to stay strong on the playing field. Sports nutrition is a very individualized approach which makes it fun and challenging.

I enjoy collaborating with clients to help them learn to balance their food choices in a personalized manner that fits their life. I focus on getting more of the nutrient dense foods into their diet that honors their tastebuds and their health. Gradually those foods replace less nourishing foods and they can see a real difference in how they feel. People can easily understand the value of healthy eating when they feel great doing it.
