Dr. Cheema joined the Hays Orthopedic Institute in 2011. He has a vast experience in Orthopedic Surgery. He has completed advanced Fellowship training in the following Orthopedic Subspecialties:
Adult Reconstruction/Joint Replacement at the Methodist Hospital, Texas Medical Center, Houston
Surgery of the Foot and Ankle at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas Children’s Hospital and VA Medical Center, Little Rock
Surgery of the Hand at the Center for Surgery of the Upper Extremity, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas Children’s Hospital and VA Medical Center, Little Rock
Orthopedic Trauma at the University of Louisville and Kosair Children’s Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky
Dr. Cheema earned his medical degree from Quaid-e-Azam medical College, Bahawalpur, Pakistan. He did his Orthopedic Residency at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, the prestigious postgraduate institute of the country, located in Karachi.
Dr. Cheema and his family, including his wife and daughter, enjoy Hays. Originating from the historical farmland of Punjab, they love being part of the great community of the Heartland.
