Medical Pavilion Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy located at HaysMed. Pharmacy services are available not only to HaysMed employees, but also anyone in the community. We accept most insurance plans and worker’s compensation prescriptions as well as offering services for patients enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid programs.

To have your prescriptions transferred to the Medical Pavilion Pharmacy please print transfer form. You may fax or email the completed form to the pharmacy. You may also call the pharmacy if you prefer.

At Medical Pavilion Pharmacy, all HaysMed employees receive 20% discount on Over-the-Counter items. We can special order items that are not stocked. Medical Pavilion also offers mail-out service to patients.

You can receive the Shingrix vaccine at Medical Pavilion Pharmacy. Call the pharmacy for more information and to schedule an appointment. Shingrix protects you from developing Shingles, a painful rash that can lead to serious complications.

The Medical Pavilion Pharmacy now has a refill app and webpage for you to enter your refill requests. After your account has been sent to the pharmacy for approval, you will be able to access your complete medication profile, making refilling your medications easier!
