Why does Linlin think Massage is beneficial for good health?
I love using my skills to help clients feel their best and restore balance in their bodies. Every session is an opportunity to bring relief, whether it’s easing tension with deep tissue massage, targeting chronic pain with trigger point therapy, or improving mobility with myofascial release. I incorporate a variety of techniques, including hot stones, cupping, gua sha (muscle scraping), and reflexology, to enhance relaxation and healing. I am also experienced in addressing conditions like frozen shoulder, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), and TMJ disorders (TMD), helping clients regain comfort and movement. Additionally, I offer basic lymph drainage to support the body’s natural detoxification process. Supporting prenatal clients through gentle, nurturing massage is especially rewarding, and seeing the relief and renewed energy my clients experience after a session is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
