WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO STAY MOTIVATED AND LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?
Growing up I was involved in sports, which motivated me as I got older to be healthy and active. It has always given me a feeling of accomplishment once I finish a workout and see improvements along the way. I enjoy motivating others and helping them reach their goals, whether it’s to live a healthier lifestyle or excel in athletics. I believe that fitness is a journey that can be turned into a lifestyle. I strive to help others enjoy fitness as much as I do and to help them keep a positive outlook on health and fitness.
