Fitness, exercise and staying healthy have been important to me for my whole life. The reasons and motivation have transitioned over the years from staying in shape to compete to training for a specific event. Today, my motivation is to be strong and healthy enough to continue be able to do the things that I enjoy every day, including teaching classes, following my children in their activities, and playing with my Grandchildren. Being a fitness professional is so important, because I get the chance to meet and help others also find ways to stay motivated to live an active and healthy lifestyle. I actually can help people learn to enjoy exercise.
