Volunteer Community Blood Screenings

We are hosting a volunteer community blood screening on from 6:30 to 10 a.m. We recommend fasting for 10-12 hours prior to the screening. The following screening tests will be available:

Profile – $30
PSA – $20
HGBA1C – $15
Vitamin D – $30

Only cash and check payments are accepted.
