What is your weekly workout routine?
4 Days a Week
- 10min Cardio warm-up
- 60-90min free weights and cable weights
- 15-30min AB workout created by Paul
What keeps you motivated?
- We keep each other accountable! 🙂
- The improvement we have made since day one is very motivating! The workout Paul created has also kept us accountable to someone else. His daily encouragement is appreciated. All the staff has been very motivational
Do you have a success story to share?
- We have lost weight and our friends and family have noticed our success! Our biggest success is how we feel about ourselves and our commitment to constantly improve!
