HaysMed Welcomes Kelsey Belzer, APRN, to Pulmonology Team
HaysMed is proud to welcome Kelsey Belzer, APRN, to its Pulmonology team at HaysMed Pulmonology Associates.
Belzer joins a strong team at HaysMed Pulmonology Associates, including Dr. Douglas Tangle, Dr. Don Wynn, and Lesa Klozenbucher, APRN. Together, they provide a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic services for lung and respiratory system disorders, sleep disorders, and critical care needs.
Belzer has been a dedicated member of the HaysMed team for over 11 years, serving in multiple roles within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Her experience includes caring for ventilated patients, post-operative open-heart surgery patients, and those with complex critical care needs. Her clinical expertise and compassionate approach have earned her multiple nominations for the prestigious DAISY Award, which recognizes extraordinary nurses for their skillful and compassionate care.
Belzer recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Fort Hays State University, further expanding her ability to serve patients across the continuum of care.
“I’ve been fortunate to grow my career at HaysMed, and I’m thrilled to take this next step with the Pulmonology team,” said Belzer. “It’s an honor to work alongside such a respected group of providers and to continue serving the patients of western Kansas with comprehensive, specialized care.”
Her addition to the Pulmonology team reflects HaysMed’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the region.
