Welcome to the Medical Specialists website. Our providers and staff are dedicated to providing Hays and the surrounding area high quality medical care in an atmosphere of compassion and professionalism. We offer a wide variety of services with dedication and an expertise in Internal Medicine.This website was developed to better serve our patients and the growing needs of our community. Our goal for this website is to have information available to our patients about our office as well as interactions such as requesting to become a new patient, medical history information and general information before your appointment. Our patient education links can help with your understanding of many medical conditions and also with staying healthy.We strive to help our patients through education and high quality medical care. We find that the more educated our patients are the better they do at managing their diseases.

Services

Medical Specialists provides a full range of internal medicine health services. We care for adult patients of all ages. Some of the services we have may include:

Diagnosis and management of chronic health problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and thyroid disease
Women’s health exams including Pap smears
Men’s health exams including prostate checks
Treatment of skin disorders including mole, wart, and skin lesion removal

Evaluation and ongoing care for osteoporosis
Nursing home care
Treadmill stress tests
Joint injections
EKG
Toenail removal
Diabetes education

We also are able to provide hospital care to our patients, and provide treatment of acute illnesses and injuries.
