WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO STAY MOTIVATED AND LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE?
My internal motivation comes mostly from helping others reach their fitness goals. It’s so rewarding to me when one of my clients or ‘gym buddies’ reach a goal they’ve set for themself. Their successes push me to work harder to attain my own personal goals! Fitness has done so much to help me improve my life and I love that I get to help others reap those benefits as well. Once they start seeing that improvement for the first time it’s an awesome feeling. Fitness has been so good for me not only physically but mentally as well. It’s the ultimate stress relief, and I can tell a difference when I haven’t gotten enough exercise lately. I’m so glad that I’m in a field which allows me to use my passion for exercise to help others change their lives.
