What inspires Kelly to stay motivated and live a healthy lifestyle?

I have been given the incredible opportunity to see what the human body can do when we are determined to live an active and healthy life. I want to live the rest of my life being active and feeling the best I can. I know that choice is mine and if I don’t take the right path I won’t be able to thoroughly enjoy the rest of my life the way I want to.

What inspires Sam to stay motivated and live a healthy lifestyle?

I stay motivated because I want to be good role model for my family and friends and love the way it makes me feel. I have had the opportunity to see the strength and beauty of the human body, and I want to continue improving myself as well as helping others. Always remember to believe in yourself and that your body is capable of anything; never give up!

Macy Linn

February 24, 2023/0 Comments/in Cardiopulmonary Rehab, LiveWell/by devteam

Why does Macy think wellness is so important?

Wellness is the lifeline of the human condition. It’s not defined by the means to lose weight. It is defined by a lifestyle that becomes secondary in nature. Being healthy is not rocket science even though today’s media portrays it that way. Diets are a multi-million dollar scam. Education on the importance of wellness must become a national priority. If not, future generations will suffer.
